1. About Plotto

Plotto is a marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering private outdoor spaces ("Plots") for short bookings. We are not a party to the booking arrangement between a host and a guest.

2. Using Plotto

You agree to use Plotto lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the platform or other people's listings.

3. Hosts

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the suitability of their Plot for the activities offered, and for complying with any local laws, permissions or insurance requirements that may apply.

4. Guests

Guests agree to follow the host's Plot Rules, use the space responsibly, and leave it as they found it.

5. Liability

Plotto provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of hosts or guests, or for the condition of any Plot.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Plotto means you accept the latest version.
